Last updated: 23 October 2026

This policy explains what data CyberStrike: Tactical Ops ("the Game") collects and why. You can play the whole Game as a guest without giving us any personal information. Accounts are optional.

1. If you play as a guest

We don't collect personal information. Your progress, inventory, settings and stats are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. You can delete them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

2. If you create an account

We store:

3. Online play

When you play online, your username and in-game actions are sent through our game server to the other players in your match. Your IP address is used by the server to connect you and to limit abuse (such as repeated login attempts); it is not stored with your account.

4. Where the data is kept

The website is hosted by Netlify, the game server by Render, and account data is stored in a database run by Upstash. These providers process data only to run the service. Like any web host, they may process standard technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure.

5. No ads or tracking

The Game does not use advertising, analytics, tracking cookies or third-party trackers.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time: in the Game, open your profile and choose Delete account, then confirm with your password. This permanently removes your email, username, password hash, stats, friends and game save from our database.

7. Children

Accounts are for players aged 13 or older. If you are younger than 13, please play as a guest. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete it.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
